Rules and terms.

The short version: build real sites for real businesses, tell the truth, and we’ll host them for you.

What you can’t build

• Anything illegal, or that helps someone break the law.
• Scams, phishing, fake shops, or pages that copy a real company, bank, charity, government body or person.
• Hateful, violent, sexual or adult content, gambling, weapons or drugs.
• Fake reviews, made-up qualifications, or claims you can’t back up.
• Medical, legal or financial advice presented as professional advice.

We can take any site offline that breaks these rules, without notice, and close the plan behind it.

Your words and your site

You keep the rights to the words and details you give us. The builder writes the site with AI (Claude, by Anthropic), and you’re responsible for checking it’s accurate before you publish. Live sites show a small “Made with Spirit LVL Builder” badge.

The plan

Plans are billed monthly by Gumroad: Starter £12 (150 credits and 3 live sites a month), Pro £29 (500 credits, 10 live sites) and Studio £79 (2,000 credits, 30 live sites). A new site uses 10 credits and a change uses 1. Plan credits reset on the 1st of each month and don’t carry over. Top-ups (60 credits for £5) don’t expire and are used once plan credits run out. If a build fails, its credits are given back. Any site’s code you download is yours to host, edit and hand over to a client. Cancel any time on Gumroad: your sites stay up until the paid month ends, then go offline. Start again and they come back. Limits may change; we’ll tell you first.

Accounts and the free preview

You need a free account (an email and a password) to build. Every new account gets 12 free credits, once: enough for one site preview (10) and two changes (1 each). Free credits don’t reset. One account per person; we may close accounts made to collect extra free previews. Plans can only be started from an account. Previews aren’t published until you start a plan.

Privacy

We store your account’s email and a scrambled copy of your password (never the password itself), what you type into the builder, the sites it writes, and your Gumroad licence key so we can check your plan. We don’t sell any of it or use it for advertising. Your brief is sent to the AI model to write the site. Gumroad handles payments; we never see your card. To have your data deleted, email spirit.lvl.studios@gmail.com.

No guarantees

We work hard to keep the builder and your sites running, but we can’t promise they’ll never be down. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses from downtime or from what a site says. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
